Student Well-Being

The first critical issue facing Klein ISD and public schools in general is student well-being. This has many forms:

  • Student safety – ensuring our students learn in an environment that is dry, safe, and secure.
  • Mental health – support top-notch care for our students and account for COVID loss of learning.
  • Pathways – providing state-of-the-art pathways for students for long-term career success.

As an elected Trustee, I will lead with altruism and place the student at the very forefront of all decisions. The key question to ask should always be “what is the greater good for the greatest number of students?”. I do not bring any pre-conceived agenda into this campaign; the only goals of mine are to listen to others, provide opportunities, inspire a passion of community, and improve the quality of our students’ lives on a daily basis.
